After experiencing personal loss and burnout trying to find sustainable support to recover, I realized the need for more accessible mental health resources. With further training and four years of in-depth experience in the mental health field, I opened my practice in 2022 to offer the compassionate care I once sought.
I knew I was not the only one going through this, that is why today, I’m here to support others as they navigate their own journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
Mandy loves supporting woman who feel hopeless about their mental health.
Drawing from her own experiences with mental health challenges, loss, grief, abuse, and healing, Mandy brings deep compassion to her work.
She currently practices clinical psychiatry and is the founder of Mending Broken Beauty, an NGO supporting survivors of sex trafficking and gender-based violence on their journey to mental health recovery.
